Some items in our store may be available for pre-order. This policy outlines how you can modify or cancel these types of purchases.

Pre-Orders

When you place a pre-order, you are purchasing an item that is either out of stock or soon to be available. Depending on the product, we may collect no payment, a partial deposit, or the full amount at checkout. Your payment method will be stored, and the remaining balance (if applicable) will be charged when the order is ready to be fulfilled.

Cancellation Terms

• You may cancel a partially paid pre-order at any time before it has been fulfilled.
• Once a pre-order has been fulfilled and shipped, cancellations are no longer possible. However, you may request a full or partial refund in accordance with our Returns Policy.
