Refund policy
14-day Return Policy
We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return. If 14 days have passed, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, with all accessories included, and in the same condition as when you received it. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
To initiate a return, log in into your account and submit a return requests. Please note that items sent back without an approved return request will not be accepted.
Returns are free of charge for our customers. Once your return is approved, we will provide a prepaid shipping label, so you can send the item back to us at no cost.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. This allows us to evaluate the issue and make it right. If you received a damaged item, you are entitled to an exchange.
To make a claim, please include your name, order number, and attach photos and/or videos of the defective, damaged, or incorrect item so the exchange can be arranged. Note that the warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, normal wear and tear, improper use, unauthorized maintenance (such as disassembling the device), neglect, or failure to follow the User Manual instructions.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
- Exchanges (if applicable)
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
- Refunds (if applicable)
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, the refund will be processed on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at support@cybelestar.com.
Unfortunately, discounted items cannot be refunded.
Submitting a Return Request
Follow these steps to request a return:
1. Access Your Account
- Click the profile icon in the store´s menu or navigate to returns page.
- Log in to your account:
- Enter your email address in the "Email" field and click "Continue".
- Open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code.
- Return to the store´s login page and enter the six-digit verification code.
2. Request a Return
- Locate the order you wish to return and click "Request return".
- If the order incudes multiple items, select the specific items you want to return.
- Choose a reason for the return, if needed, add a note for the store.
3. Submit your Request

Click "Request return" to complete the process.
If your return request is approved and requires shipping, you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return label. Once we receive the returned product, your refund will be processed.
