At Cybele Star, we want you to shop with confidence. If you change your mind, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase under the conditions set out below.
Your Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), takes physical possession of the goods.

Online Withdrawal Function
To make exercising your rights simple and convenient, Cybele Star provides an online withdrawal function.
You can access it at any time during the withdrawal period by clicking:

The online withdrawal function will ask you to provide:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your order number
- The product(s) concerned
After submitting your request, you will receive an acknowledgement of receipt by email without undue delay.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the standard cost of delivery (excluding any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us).
We will carry out the reimbursement using the same means of payment used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or until you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever occurs first.
Returning the Goods
You must send back the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you notify us of your decision to withdraw from the contract.
Returns should be sent to the address provided by our customer support team.
You will be responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods unless otherwise stated.
Condition of Returned Products
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Products should be returned complete and, where reasonably possible, in their original packaging.
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised.
- Sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed after delivery.
- Any other products exempted from the right of withdrawal under applicable consumer protection laws.
Defective or Incorrect Products
This withdrawal policy does not affect your statutory rights relating to defective, damaged or incorrect products.
