Return and Refund Policy
14-day Return Policy
We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return. If 14 days have passed since the receival of your item, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To qualify for a full refund, products should be returned complete, with all accessories included and in a condition that reflects only the handling necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@cybelestar.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how to send your package. Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. This allows us to evaluate the issue and make it right. If you received a damaged item, you are entitled to an exchange.
To make a claim, please include your name, order number, and attach photos and/or videos of the defective, damaged, or incorrect item so the exchange can be arranged. Note that the warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, normal wear and tear, improper use, unauthorized maintenance (such as disassembling the device), neglect, or failure to follow the User Manual instructions.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
- Exchanges (if applicable)
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
- Refunds (if applicable)
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, the refund will be processed on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at support@cybelestar.com.
Unfortunately, discounted items cannot be refunded.
Return Shipping
Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Vía Dos Castillas, 33, Ática 4, 1ª, Pozuelo de Alarcón, Madrid, 28224, Spain.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original order shipping and return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
The time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you can vary depending on your location. When returning items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
